Our Process



We begin with a discovery session. In a virtual session, or series of sessions, we will dive deeper into your vision, your needs and your goals for this project which will steer us, together, towards the production phases of the process.


This is where ideas starts to come to life. We strategize the content and messaging, book time slots for filming and prepare necessary crew and equipment.


The fun part. We take great care to capture all of your valuable media assets during this phase. Filming of interviews, B-Roll, Product Shots and anything else that is required is captured during the production process.


Philip Seymour Hoffman once said that “The film is made in the editing room” and we can’t agree more. This is the largest and most time consuming part of the production process but most important. We bring the story and messaging to life here.


Video is an art and art is subjective. One of the most overlooked steps is the amendment process. Here we offer our client a chance to weigh in on the project, offer valuable insights and notes. We offer two comprehensive rounds of client amendments included in the budget of every production.


Once you are happy to proceed to delivery, we will create your final videos, however we have agreed upon, in easy to use files on the cloud in a folder that you can download from or access indefinitely. Your project files will also be on hand for any future requirements you may have.
